Bobtails is a committee run playgroup, therefore every parent becomes a committee member and can have an active involvement within their child’s education. The main aim of the committee is to ensure that the playgroup runs smoothly and efficiently.

About our Manager
Justine Palmer grew up in Smallfield and has been involved with Bobtails Playgroup for 10 years. Her two children have passed through the Bobtails doors and therefore she recognises what it is like for parents to leave their child for the first time.
Justine has numerous Early Years Qualifications and is also Special needs trained. Some of the qualifications Justine has include:
- Diploma in Pre-school practice
- Paediatric First Aid trained including Epi pen and Anaphylaxis trained
- CRB checked
- Ofsted suitable person checked

- All staff are CRB checked and 50% First Aid Trained
- Playgroup Supervisors hold a Level 3 Diploma in Pre-school practice
- Playgroup Assistants are currently working towards, have, or are soon starting a Diploma in Pre-school practice qualification
